When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, pincode, city, delivery address and the items you order. When you contact customer care we collect your name, mobile number, order number and message.
How we use it
- To confirm, pack and deliver your order.
- To call or message you about your order or a problem you reported.
- To improve our products and service.
Who sees it
Your order is sent to us on WhatsApp, so WhatsApp (Meta) handles that message under its own policy. Our forms are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify. We share your address and phone number with delivery partners only to deliver your order. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies and storage
We store your cart in your browser (local storage) so it stays when you move between pages. We do not use it to track you across other sites.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your details by writing to us. We keep order records for as long as needed for accounts and legal requirements.
